Armed Salvo's cooldown is reduced by 5s each time Howitzer uses an ability.

Subsequent hits against the same Target deal 5/10/15/20/25 (+4% Magical Power) magical damage and reapply the Slow.

Thrust up into the sky, allowing Howitzer to move freely as he rains down a salvo of 12 missiles from above, dealing 420/600/780 (+96% Magical Power) magical damage over 3s.
Missiles utilise laser guidance to home towards Howitzers painted target.
